My Tarot Practice:

The Tarot is a collection of images that systematize a form of archetypal language that has been passed down and refined over the course of hundreds of years—some say even thousands.
To understand how the Tarot works as a meditative, reflective, or divinatory tool, it is vital to see it as a language that seeks to be expressed through the power of metaphor and psychological reflection, rather than a flat series of images or predictive visions.
As a Tarot reader of over 10 years, I have studied this “metaphorical language” so that I can translate it for others. An easy way to understand how the Tarot speaks to us is through the principle of synchronicity, developed by prominent psychologist Carl Jung.
Synchronicity supposes that what goes on in one’s mind is directly reflected in the world around them—meaning that regardless of where you are in time or space, you can always look around you and find a mirror of what’s happening inside you. Synchronicities, or “strange coincidences,” occur when that mirror is most easily perceived.
A Tarot reading, in that case, is a series of strange coincidences that all point toward something within you that you may not be fully aware of.
My practice is a simple one: I translate what the cards mean in a way that’s easily understood for you. Through conversation, we work out ways to approach whatever situation it is you come to me with.
I can only tell you what the cards suggest as solutions, though, and ultimately it will be up to you to determine what you would like to do about it.
Booking a Session
My readings typically take around an hour. I don't take appointments less than an hour. That can be In-Person or Zoom. If it’s in person, we can find a space to read in that makes sense.
My rate is $80 per hour of reading. A deposit of $30 will need to be made to book an appointment.
